1965 Fender Telecaster

The Telecaster is not only the first production solidbody electric guitar, it is also the classic one.
Created by Leo Fender in 1950, its design has seldom changed over the last 65 years.
Truth is, it can’t really be bettered: in its simplicity lies its success.

The list of great musicians who have played a Tele is literally endless:
Muddy Waters, Albert Collins, Steve Cropper, Danny Gatton, PJ Harvey, Frank Black, James Burton…

This late 1965 Telecaster is in fantastic condition with some honest signs of ageing and playing wear.
No wonder, it sounds and looks so good that it's difficult to put down!
With a November neck date, this must be one of the last Teles to be adorned with the classic spaghetti logo.
It also features a stunning and rare birds eye maple neck.
Complete with original case, leather strap and strings.
